Quick Look on Implementation Helps!
Three Keys to Successful Implementation
1) A leader who is passionate about children’s ministry
Kingdom Quest will help you deliver a high impact discipleship experience
for kids. Small group experiences with kids will be filled with creative
activities that help students touch, taste, see and even emotionally connect
with the lesson point. Large group dramatic presentations bring the Bible
to life. For most churches, the entire value of children’s ministry
increases. But this happens best with a leader who is passionate about
the value of children’s ministry.
2) A supply coordinator
Kingdom Quest is extremely user-friendly for ministry partners (volunteers).
Creativity, scripts, and engaging learning activities are provided,
but supplies are not. The supply coordinator must gather them. A supply
list is provided. If the shepherds are expected to gather their supplies
from week to week, this curriculum will not work. It will be too labor
intensive. But if you find a person or a team who loves to shop or gather
supplies from the congregation, it is fun for all. Do not attempt this
curriculum without a supply coordinator.
3) Implementation resources
Kingdom Quest delivers a system of children’s ministry by placing
people in specialized roles: director, supply coordinator, shepherds,
shepherds coach, presenter, puppeteer and welcome team. These people
need to understand their roles. The director needs to know how to recruit
and train such people. Our handbooks and DVD resources make this easy.
We offer multiple resources to help you get started and to train your
ministry partners. Especially, see our FREE
Administration Handbook ($50 value) which provides an 8-week
countdown to opening Sunday. Take a look at our
