I downloaded (or installed) my curriculum, but I can't find it on my computer.

All Kids Kount Publishing products are installed in C:\Kids Kount Publishing. This folder can be accessed by clicking the "My Computer" icon on your desktop or by going to Windows Explorer. Double-click "Local disk (C:)". Then double-click the yellow folder called "Kids Kount Publishing" to view your product(s). If you need help accessing drive C on your computer or if you are a Mac user, please call us at 888.549.8687 or 402.614.8720 for assistance.

How do I find out about new products and special offers?

When you create an account, you will automatically receive e-mails with ideas, special offers and new products. You may unsubscribe at anytime by clicking the link at the bottom of your e-mail. To resubscribe, simply call us at 888.549.8687.

How do I change the quantities in my shopping cart?

Change the quantity numbers in the Qty column of your shopping cart and then click the Update Qty button. If there is a number one in the quantity column that cannot be changed, this is because it is an electronic material from which you can make duplicate copies for your church. To delete an item from your cart, simply click the "Remove" link beside the item.

Can I leave items in my shopping cart and access them later?

Yes, your shopping cart information is automatically stored on your computer for 30 days.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Is my personal information and credit card secure?

Absolutely. Kids Kount Publishing uses the latest in internet security and electronic commerce security. Your credit card and personal information is gathered through a secure server using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt your information. This means we scramble your personal and credit card information into a code that can't be understood as it travels over the Internet. In addition, we do not store your credit card information in our system, and your orders are stored in a secure database that is password-protected.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on curriculum or resources of any kind.

Your privacy is very important at Kids Kount Publishing. Your information is kept confidential and will not be sold to or shared with outside parties.
