In Kids Church Grades1-4, the themes are complimentary and similar to that day's
Kingdom Quest Grades 1-4, but a different Bible event is used. For example, when
Kingdom Quest Grades1-4 is studying an Old Testament event such as manna in the
wilderness, Kids Church will study Jesus feeding the 5,000 and claiming to be the Bread
of Life.
Special holidays are included as lessons such as Mother's
Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and New
Years.
Kids Church can be used as a second hour alongside Kingdom Quest, independently on
Sunday mornings, or as a midweek program.
